What is the Parent Portal?
You can find the Parent Portal button on our main website - platinumdancecenter.com (in the upper right corner) or by clicking on the Parent Portal button shown below. The portal is where you can:
- Update your contact information
- View your fees and payments
- Enroll into additional classes and events
- Send online payments
- See and read past sent emails, registrations, and texts.

Once receiving your class confirmation for the upcoming season, we ask that every family logs-in to their portal to make an annual update. This is very helpful to us when planning and is for your own convenience & child's safety!
Things to update: adding a picture of your dancer, school & grade, credit card, address & more.
